Summer time is almost here, so it’s time to break out the Punk Rock. Now it’s time for the slow countdown to The Fest. Some quick things I’ve recently been blasting.

Blank States - Demo
Absolutely killer Punk Rock in the vein of all your favorite Gainesville bands. Featuring former or current members of Victor! Fix the Sun, Jowls, Wormburner, and North Lincoln. The best demo I’ve heard all year so far.

Best Practices - The EP LP
Raucous Punk ‘n’ Roll. Some nice nods to Hot Snakes, Jawbox, and Cloak/Dagger. Former members of Wow, Owls!, Light the Fuse and Run, and Weak Teeth.

Campaign - One Night Weekend
The Atlanta band is back with this quick single. Their Hot Water Music and Small Brown Bike worship is tighter than ever.

Caseracer - Caseracer
This is such a cool combination of all bands Dan Yemin, with the upbeat energy of Long Island Punk.

Living Room - Dream Journal
If you dig Spraynard and Iron Chic, then this band is right up your alley.

Man the Change - Faded
Some members of Candy Hearts have a side project of fast paced Pop Punk. Great three song EP.
